Terms of Service and Refund Policy

Doorbell Sites is a service operated by Drone Shots Columbus LLC, an Ohio limited liability company ("we", "us"). By requesting a preview or buying a service you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We design and publish small websites and related services described on our pricing page. Scope is what is listed there plus anything we confirm with you in writing (email counts).

2. Free preview

Previews are free and carry no obligation. A preview stays private and is not indexed by search engines. If you decline or don't respond within 30 days, we delete it.

3. Payment

We send a payment link only after you approve your preview. Payments are processed by Stripe and appear as Drone Shots Columbus LLC. The Care Plan renews monthly until cancelled.

4. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use any text, logos, photos and reviews you provide or approve, and that your business information is accurate. You are responsible for your business claims, licenses and legal notices that apply to your industry.

5. Ownership

After full payment, you own the site's text, design and files we created for you. We may show your live site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Third-party services (hosting, maps, fonts, domain registrars) remain subject to their own terms.

6. Hosting and domains

We publish on Cloudflare's free hosting. We don't control uptime of third-party services. Domain names are bought and owned by you. You can ask for a complete copy of your site files at any time after payment.

7. Refunds

Because you approve the site before paying, website fees are generally final. If we fail to publish your approved site within 5 business days of payment, or the live site does not match what you approved and we can't fix it within 7 days, we refund in full. Google Profile Tune-Ups are refundable in full if we haven't started (we start only after you grant access). Care Plan: cancel anytime by email; it stops at the end of the paid month, and partial months are not refunded. To request a refund, email us.

8. No guarantees on results

We don't guarantee search rankings, calls or sales.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages.

10. Projects we decline

We may decline any project, including anything unlawful, misleading or outside our focus (for example roofing and exterior contracting).

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Disputes go to the courts of Franklin County, Ohio.
