Doorbell Sites is operated by Drone Shots Columbus LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• What you send us: name, business name, email, phone, links, notes, logos and photos.
• Payment details, which go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic, cookie-free visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics (pages viewed, rough location, device type).

How we use it

To build your preview and site, talk with you about your project, take payment, provide support and keep records the law requires. We use AI-assisted tools to draft copy and design. Information you send may be processed by those tools only to do your project.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information, we don't add you to marketing lists without asking, and this site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Who processes data for us

Google (email), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and analytics), and our AI tool providers. Each handles data under its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Declined previews are deleted within 30 days. Project files are kept while you are a customer and up to 2 years after, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Payment records are kept as tax law requires.
